Help!!!!!!!!!

The past couple of days have been hell for me. A day before my b'day I was down with a viral fever. Had high fever and was burning hot sampai my tongue cracked + with ulcers everywhere. Body was aching all over. Mann.. I think it was like the worse viral fever ever! On the same day, Amir was puking like nobody's business and had a high fever as well. We were all scheduled to go back to Kuantan for Sarah's cukur jambul and sis in law's wedding the next day. So you can just imagine the commotion.

We were in Kuantan for a couple of days. Cukur jambul and wedding reception went very well. Will post some pics once I get hold of 'em. Balik je I already have to start working even though it was a public holiday. Hmph..I've got events to handle together with my team back to back till year end. Tak cukup dengan events, Madam Cenc decided to have our department's team building next month at Slim River! We're supposed to be camping in a jungle for 2 days and also go for white water rafting for 2 bloody hours!!!! O by the way, the jungle has no phone signal whatsoever. Am trying to escape but at the moment belum dapat ilham lagi nak kelentong aper.. Help!help!

Nothing much

Have not been properly blogging. Been so damn busy. Have got events lined up back to back till year end. This Monday I've got a launch to handle with my team. Only had about 5 days to work on it. Crazy.



Did u watch 360 on TV3, 2 days ago? Don't really follow the show but I was having dinner in front of tv and could not b bothered to find remote to change the channel. Anyway, the topic was about Sugar Daddy and Sugar Baby..apparently too many old farts in Malaysia are into Sugar Babies...they interviewed a Sugar Baby who has a boyfriend but is going out with another guy for money, the son of a Sugar Daddy who is doing his own college mate and the general public. Not that the show was that interesting lah. In general we do know that these things are happening around us.

But what got me so mad was at the end of the show the reporter asked the Sugar Baby.."So apa pesanan you kepada isteri2 di luar sana" and she replied "Pesanan saya..jagalah suami tu baik2..sebab kalau tak jaga yang diorang akan carik orang macam kita. Kita pun nak carik kasih sayang.." yadda..yadda..yadda.. Wow..total disrespect to your own species.. if you were in front of me I would have slapped you so hard all the way to Turkemistan okay. You've got no proper marriage, kids to take care.. nak bagi pesanan camtu ye..

Life's little miracle..

I got the news that an ex-tkcian fren of mine punya baby was in crtitical condition at IJN. Little baby Darius is just a few months old and had a lot of complications since the day he was born. Being a mother I'm now extra emotional when it comes to these kind of things..the whole day yesterday my tkc yahoo-group was full of flying emails on updates of the baby's condition.. the last few emails said that the baby had passed away.. I was really saddened by the news..had I known about all these earlier I could have gone to IJN after work to visit mother and baby..

BUT thank God... it was just some confusions... this was the last email that I got about little baby Darius from Zetty J..

Ok, here's the REAL story ok...Fydd's son, Darius Yusuff Zariq was on life support machine the last 48hours before 10am this morning (10.8.08). There are 7 types of heart problems and Darius had 5 of them AND pulmonary hypertension which normally happens to a 70-year old!Even the surgeons @ IJN thought Darius's condition is rare i.e for a 2-month old to have a heart like a 70-year old!

Anyways, at 10am this morning, the surgeons had to switch off the machine, ortherwise it could damage Darius's other internal organs.After 10am, the surgeons did some last procedure on Darius to see whether his heart can go on w/out the machine. So, after approx. 2 and a half hours, the surgeon came out and told the parents that Darius seemed to be ok.
His heart was pumping but still very weak.

It was a miracle!!!Darius is still under 48-hour observation in ICU now. If he survives the next 48 hours, he'll live, insyaAllah. Darius's parents are in good spirits now. Very much relieved that the 1st hurdle is over. Let's pray that they'll come out well the next 48hours, too.So... To all you girls who've been confused with today's "passed away-survived" email, I apologize.

That was the info I got and immediately told everyone so everyone can together say their prayers for the poor boy. I didn't know about the procedure after the life support machine, not until I got to IJN. And the fact Darius pulled it thru that procedure, was just a miracle!Even his parents were redha to let him go, and kinda make arrangement w their local masjid, already! So, yeah... Hope this settles the confusion.

Seriously I can't imagine if I have to go thru such dugaan.. my prayers for Fydd and little baby Darius..

Raya

aiyaa..after the raya hols it's extra hard to get back into the blogging groove.. not that I have that many things to tell pon.. this raya I think is more about relaxing at home with family and melayan the little kiddies.. I got my baju raya just one day before raya..1 which I actually bought at Jalan TAR on the eve of raya.. I could have probably bought more if my telinga could tahan my other half mengomel about my last minute shopping spree and the selection that I made looked like real pasar malam bajus.. but seriously I thot some of the bajus at Jalan TAR were okay and definitely much better than the ones at Sogo/Bukit Bintang..

I did check out Mayfair design..loved all the bajus but was way too expensive.. ada ke patut one plain top aje dah RM 400 tak masuk kain lagi tu.. camtu baik gi order baju kat Rizalman aje.. tapi sape yang nak try shopping kat Jalan TAR on raya eve make sure don't bring any kids and be prepared to brave the crowd consisting of 60% Malays, 30% Indons and 20% Banglas..

Will post some raya pics soon..only my bro's camera was in good order during the salam raya.. I had planned for a proper family pic to be taken on the 1st day but photographer not available.. the kiddies cute giler dgn baju raya.. we even managed to get a tiny baju kurung for baby Sarah.. 2nd day of Raya we all went back to Kuantan..Amir was all dressed up in a pink baju melayu with samping and songkok..tapi belum pun lepas karak he puked on the baju and my other half's new and very very expensive watch...so sampai kg je kena mandi pastu pakai t-shirt biasa.. kurang hensem sket lah..

Other than that raya was just the same lah kot.. haven't even counted the kids' duit raya yet.. nampak cam byk je.. for all I know I could be more miskin than they are right now..
